Another busy day work wise. Requested and acquired BERT’s assistance in picking up a rarely available Tesco click and collect for my Dad on Friday.
Revisited my maths from the other day. Not quite sure what I was thinking there. Turns out I have surpassed the summit of Ben Nevis today: Ben Nevis = 4413′ Stairs = 7′ x 100 ascents per workout x 7 workouts =4900′. Next target: highest mountain in Europe – Mount Elbrus 18,510′.
